Sales Executive – Automotive

Realistic OTE £45,000+ | Company Car

Are you an ambitious and driven sales professional looking for your next challenge? Whether you have experience in automotive sales or a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment, we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our successful and established dealership team on a full-time, permanent basis. As part of Sparshatts Group, one of Hampshire's leading family-run automotive businesses, you will have the opportunity to develop your career while earning excellent rewards.

No previous motor trade experience is required for the right candidate. If you have a passion for sales, a positive attitude, and a determination to succeed, we can provide the training and support needed to build a successful career in automotive retail.

About the Role

This position is ideal for an experienced sales professional who thrives on achieving targets, building customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

Meeting and greeting customers, identifying their needs, and presenting suitable vehicles.
Guiding customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Following up with existing and prospective customers to generate leads and secure sales.
Handling enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
Completing sales documentation and processing transaction paperwork accurately.
Achieving monthly sales targets, including finance, insurance, and other value-added products.
Maintaining a professional, positive, and customer-focused approach at all times.
