Full job description

In most workplaces, important information passes through many hands each day. Documents are updated, records are shared and details are relied upon by different teams to keep work moving in the right direction. When everything is organised properly, it often goes unnoticed — yet it plays a vital role in the success of the wider operation.

Orynex is currently seeking a Documentation Assistant to help maintain that sense of order and consistency. The role involves supporting document management activities, organising records, updating information and assisting with administrative processes that help colleagues access what they need, when they need it.

This position is not about working in isolation. Although much of the role centres around information and documentation, it also involves regular interaction with people across the business. Questions arise, information needs clarifying and teamwork often helps ensure that records remain accurate and up to date.

Many applicants assume they need extensive experience before applying for a role of this nature. In reality, some of the most valuable qualities are attention to detail, curiosity and a willingness to learn. Understanding systems and processes comes with time, and support will be available as you become familiar with the role.
