Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Smart Repair Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site repairs and maintenance for a variety of vehicle surfaces, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. This role involves travelling to client locations, performing repairs efficiently, and maintaining safety standards throughout all tasks. The ideal applicant will have strong experience with mobile SMART repair and experience with mobile Lathes/Diamondcutting. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site repairs of vehicle surfaces, including scratches, dents, and minor bodywork using specialised tools and techniques
- Assess damage and determine the most effective repair methods in accordance with company standards
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to carry out repairs
- Prepare work areas by setting up necessary equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Perform Alloy wheel Repairs using a specialist Lathe
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each job
- Travel between client locations efficiently, managing schedules to meet deadlines
- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during mobile operations
Qualifications
- Proven Smart Repair knowledge with hands-on experience.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as and specialised repair techniques
- Experience with power tools including drills, sanders, or polishers.
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working in confined spaces
- Valid driving licence
- Strong organisational and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining safety standards
This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking a hands-on position within the automotive repair industry, offering opportunities for skill development and career progression. Basic pay is £45,000 per year and an on target bonus earnings making a potential £75k per year.
