Key Responsibilities:

Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire and security systems (including intruder alarms, CCTV, access control, and fire detection systems).
Ensuring all work complies with current British and European standards.
Conducting fault-finding, system upgrades, and remedial works as required.
Providing technical support to clients and end-users.
Completing all necessary documentation and reporting in line with NSI and BAFE compliance requirements.
Working across a range of sites within Berkshire, Hampshire and the surrounding areas.
Collaborating with project managers and the wider engineering team to deliver high-quality solutions on time and to specification.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in the fire and security industry.
Strong understanding of relevant UK standards and regulations.
Proven experience across the full lifecycle of systems — from design to maintenance.
Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
Strong team player with a willingness to learn, a passion for the industry, and exceptional customer service skills.
Someone who will integrate well into our close-knit team, contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
Full UK driving licence.
A professional, client-focused attitude and a desire to work at the very top of your trade.
