Location: Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport

Are you a hands-on, proactive professional with a passion for maintaining high standards? Radisson Blu Hotel, East Midlands Airport is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities

As Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring our hotel facilities are safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently for both guests and team members. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the maintenance of hotel facilities, equipment, and mechanical systems
Supporting and carrying out preventative maintenance programmes
Responding promptly and effectively to guest maintenance requests and service calls
Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations and company policies
Assisting the Chief Engineer in the day-to-day management of engineering operations
Coordinating repairs and maintenance with internal teams or external contractors when required
Supporting energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives across the property
Identifying training needs and helping develop the skills of the maintenance team
Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for guests and colleagues
Following and supporting all hotel emergency, fire, and safety procedures

What We are Looking For

Previous experience in maintenance or engineering supervision, ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment
Strong technical knowledge with excellent problem-solving skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to support operational needs
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
Flexible to work the odd weekend if needed
