BKS Accounts is expanding, and we are looking for a new member of staff to join our friendly team.
Hours:
- Monday and Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Additional hours may be available for the right candidate
About the Role:
This is a varied role involving bookkeeping, administration, and client support. You will be working closely with our team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the practice while providing excellent service to our clients.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping and administration experience
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with accountancy software
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
Desirable:
- Experience working within an accountancy practice
- Knowledge of Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software
- Payroll experience
