About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at our Canterbury office, supporting our accounts and wider operations functions.
This is a hands-on role covering day-to-day administrative tasks, but we’re also looking for someone who naturally looks for better ways of working. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute ideas, improve processes, and support the business as we continue to modernise and evolve.
If you are naturally curious, enjoy problem-solving, and like making things more efficient, this role will suit you well.

Key Responsibilities
- Auditing billing and data within our CRM
- Supporting accounts and finance administration
- Assisting with company expenses and deliveries
- Providing administrative support to Sales and Service teams
- Holiday cover for other members of the admin team
- Supporting ad-hoc tasks for Directors and other departments
Continuous Improvement
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work
- Supporting the introduction of automation and improved workflows
- Assisting with documenting and standardising processes
- Being open to using new tools, including AI-based solutions, to improve efficiency
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident, professional communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work independently
- A positive and proactive approach to work
Desirable:
- Good Excel skills
- Previous administrative or accounts experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- Interest in improving processes, automation, or productivity tools

Additional Information
- Full-time, permanent role
- Office-based in Canterbury (Monday–Friday)
- Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
