As our Maintenance Assistant you will…

Decorate bedrooms and public areas
Carry out basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Basic plumbing and some electrical
Install, inspect and troubleshoot equipment, appliances, and systems
Carry out work on the hotel grounds mowing lawns, cutting hedges, and keeping the outside tidy
Liaise with contractors and external providers to carry out work activities
Actively contributes to the safety of people and property (ensuring safety exits remain clear of obstruction etc.)
Take responsibility for identifying areas of improvement within range of operation, including risk awareness

Be well presented and polite at all times
