We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within our thriving academy. The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the academy, providing a welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, staff and visitors while ensuring efficient and effective administrative processes across the school.

Key responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to academy staff and leadership teams.
Act as a professional and welcoming first point of contact for students, parents, visitors and external agencies.
Manage telephone, email and face-to-face enquiries, ensuring prompt and effective responses.
Maintain accurate student, staff and academy records in line with data protection requirements.
Support attendance, admissions and other student-related administrative processes as required.

Pay range:

SCP 12 - 17 - £23,226.59 - £25,195.30
FTE - £28,598.00 - £31,022.00
32.5 hours per week, 41 weeks per year
Permanent

Qualifications and Skills:

GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above (or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
