About the Role
As an IT Systems Analyst, it will be your responsibility to maintain and improve central information systems, that facilitate and deliver timely data for decision making.
- Provide 2nd line support for core systems (including Dynamics 365 Business Central), ensuring timely resolution and ownership of issues
- Contribute to the delivery of ERP and IT projects, including requirements, testing, issue management, and reporting
- Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and support the implementation of effective solutions
- Build strong relationships with users, teams, and suppliers to ensure systems meet business needs
- Use AI tools and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to automate processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain up-to-date system and business knowledge, supporting users and contributing to documentation and training
- Support the rollout of the IT and Data Strategy and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
- Provide out-of-hours support as part of an on-call rota, ensuring continuity of service and timely resolution of critical issues
About You
The Essential
To success in this role, you should have a 3rd level qualification, or equivalent, in an IT-related field, along with a minimum 1 years’ experience in the field or a related area.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Ability to analyse issues, problem-solve, and identify improvements
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and emerging AI tools
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify process improvements
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and reducing repeat problems
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning and support
You will be expected to travel to our company sites, as and when required, therefore have a valid driving license and transport is essential along with business car insurance.
Desirable
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and basic AI tool usage
- Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis
- Understanding of project delivery and working within project teams
- Ability to deliver user training and produce clear documentation
- Experience in process improvement or automation initiatives
