Part-Time Warehouse & E-commerce Assistant

About the Role
The Castle Group are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you will be involved in warehouse operations, order fulfilment, online listings and live sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Create and maintain product listings on eBay and Whatnot And Amazon
- Assist with stock organisation and inventory management.
- Keep the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised.
- Help prepare stock for dispatch and live selling events.
- Support our live Whatnot sales when required.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist with general warehouse and administrative duties as required.
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and workflow.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Computer literate and confident using IT systems.
- Comfortable learning new software and online selling platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving parcels safely.
- Excellent communication skills.

Requirements
- Previous warehouse, retail or e-commerce experience is desirable but not essential.
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
- References will be required.
- Previous employment may be verified.
