Responsibilities

Lead and supervise restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality, consistency, and safety standards
Manage team members, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold cleanliness and sanitation protocols
Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demand efficiently while minimizing waste
Provide exceptional service by supporting staff in serving guests and resolving any issues promptly
Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, motivation, and professional growth

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management
Strong supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus
Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations
Experience in serving customers in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or bars
Barista experience or knowledge of beverage service is advantageous
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and ensure guest satisfaction
