ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
We're looking for a creative, social-first thinker to join the Coca-Cola Hellenic Island of Ireland brand team as our Social Media & Content Coordinator. Your primary focus will be Deep RiverRock, working closely with the Brand Marketing team, you will help to plan, create, publish and grow the brand's presence across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You'll also have opportunities to support other brands within our portfolio, including Fruice, Tanora and Three Cents, bringing fresh ideas and creative content to a range of exciting consumer brands.

YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the day-to-day management of Deep RiverRock's social media channels across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan, create and publish engaging social content, including static posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks and short-form videos that reflect each brand's tone of voice and marketing objectives.
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with wider marketing campaigns, seasonal activity and key brand moments.
- Use Canva, CapCut and other editing tools to create high-quality social assets and videos
- Attend brand events and marketing activations to capture live social content and identify opportunities for real-time storytelling.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in line with each brand's tone of voice, escalating customer queries where appropriate.
- Monitor emerging social media trends, platform updates and new content formats, proactively bringing fresh ideas and recommendations to the marketing team.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external creative, PR and media agencies to ensure social media supports wider marketing campaigns.
- Support influencer collaborations alongside the Marketing Manager and help identify opportunities to build relationships with platform partners, including Meta, TikTok & Google, to stay ahead of emerging trends and new tools.
- Produce monthly social media performance reports, analysing engagement, reach and content performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
We're looking for someone who is creative, organised and passionate about social media. You don't need years of experience, but you should be able to demonstrate your ability to create engaging content and understand how brands can connect with audiences online.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience creating social media content for a brand, business, university project or through a strong personal creative portfolio.
- Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, with an understanding of current trends, platform best practice and emerging content formats.
- Strong experience using Canva to create engaging digital content (essential).
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adapt content to different brand tones of voice.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to the team.
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and agency partners.
- Confidence appearing in social media content where appropriate, helping to create authentic, engaging brand stories.
