DOG GROOMING ASSISTANT / BATHER
We are seeking a dedicated Dog Grooming Assistant / Bather to join our busy and growing team at Sniffanys Dog Grooming in Belfast.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with dogs and wants to be part of a professional, fast-paced grooming environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the salon and helping to ensure every dog receives the highest standard of care.
Job Type:
Part-Time, Permanent
Working Hours:
- 4 days per week, including every Saturday
- Saturday availability is essential for this role
- Immediate start available
About the Role:
You will be responsible for supporting the groomer and assisting with the daily running of the salon.
Duties include:
- Brushing and coat preparation
- Assisting with handling dogs during grooming appointments
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised salon environment
- Cleaning and maintaining grooming equipment
- Providing a calm and positive experience for pets in our care
- General salon support duties as required
Important Information:
This is a Dog Grooming Assistant / Bather position. This is a support role only and is not a dog grooming position.
The role does not include training to become a dog groomer, and applicants should apply with an understanding of the duties outlined in this advert.
This position is not suitable for applicants seeking dog grooming training or an apprenticeship.
