Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a General Workshop Laborer and be a vital part of our manufacturing and maintenance operations! In this energetic role, you will support the daily functions of our workshop by performing a variety of hands-on tasks that keep our processes running smoothly. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help ensure safety, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of workshop activity. Responsibilities

Assist with the setup, organization, and cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace
Support skilled technicians and tradespeople by handling basic tasks such as material handling, tool preparation, and equipment movement
Perform routine maintenance tasks on workshop tools and machinery under supervision to ensure proper operation
Load and unload materials, supplies, and finished products with care and precision
Follow safety protocols diligently, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Help with inventory management by organizing supplies and reporting shortages or issues promptly
Contribute to a team environment by communicating effectively and supporting colleagues in completing daily objectives

Requirements

Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods throughout the work shift
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality standards
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of workshop safety procedures and equipment handling
Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a hands-on environment
Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or maintenance is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
