Parking Attendant, Belfast

An exciting Parking Attendant role paying £13.00 per hour and career progression opportunities for a permanent weekend role based at our site at Belfast, Dublin Road MSCP.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Parking Attendant with an immediate start at a market leading, dynamic and renowned property, technology and innovative, technology-based car parking company. Euro Car Parks is a market leading, renowned UK business, established over 50 years ago. The company operates over 3500 sites across the UK and Ireland providing specialist services to a wide range of blue-chip clients.

The role is for 17 hours per week – Normal working hours 6:45am - 3:15pm Saturday and Sunday

The successful candidates will need to be flexible as the rota can change to suit business needs.

The rate of pay is £13.00 per hour.

The role will be subject to references and full training will be provided.

Duties will include:

· Undertaking regular patrols of the car park.

· Opening and closing of the Car Park as per the opening hours

· Issuing the appropriate enforcement notice to vehicles which contravene the onsite regulations. (If applicable)

· Customer service assisting with queries/complaints

· General onsite cleaning – as per site supervisors cleaning schedule

· Frontline machine maintenance – POF machines, entry/exit doors/shutters

· Fire Drills – Health and Safety audits

· Contractor Sign Ins/Outs

· General onsite admin –ECP system

Skills:

· Good communication skills both verbal and in writing

· Good Customer service skills

· Good numerical skills

· Good technical experience and ability to use smart phones and / or PDA’s

· The ability to deal with conflict whilst remaining calm and polite at all times

· The ability to work under their own initiative and self-motivate

· Accuracy and attention detail

· Awareness of Health and Safety
