Full job description

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Management Agent/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for property management and administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily property operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.

16 hours per week. Must be able to cover holiday periods (to be agreed)

Duties

Manage property listings and tenant information using Rentman software, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality, training will be given.
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, addressing tenant queries and scheduling appointments
Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewal notices, and other documentation
Conduct data entry tasks related to rent payments, maintenance requests, and property inspections
Support the leasing process.
Organise and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval
Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
Provide general administrative support

Requirements

Experience: Experience in property management,or real estate a bonus but not essential. A minimum of 2 years office administration or office support.
Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong organisational skills.
Soft Skills: Strong conflict-resolution abilities, time management, and clear communication.

Pay: From £13.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
