Job Title: Investment Compliance & Risk – Sr./ Analyst
Reporting to: Investment Compliance & Risk Team Lead
Experience: 1+ Years in the Financial Industry (Graduates with relevant academic background are also welcome to apply)
Salary: Excellent, depending on experience

Role Overview /Purpose of Job:
The Investment Compliance & Risk – Sr./ Analyst will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Funds-Axis Technology client relationships, ensuring delivery of a consistently high level of service to clients.
You will be adaptable and hard-working and demonstrate strong communication skills both in relations with your team and with the wider Funds-Axis business.
You will deliver the support and the operational excellence in accordance with the Company Mission and Vision, and in a manner supportive of the Funds-Axis Values and Business Culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To manage all day-to-day aspects of the Funds-Axis technology solution and client relationship for a portfolio of clients, including in respect of (as applicable):
- Regulatory rules
- Investment compliance
- Scheme mandates
- Risk Limit System
- Scheme and Portfolio Liquidity
- AIFMD Annex IV reporting
Cash Flow Monitoring

- Performance of daily processes to a high standard, including:
- Data upload and exception investigation
- Governance over the successful completion of processes
- Investigating compliance results
- Client daily reporting via a daily dashboard
Daily data quality checking in Highwire

- To ensure the highest standard of client relationship management, taking the lead on weekly and monthly calls and attending the quarterly call in line with Funds-Axis’ client governance policies, including periodic visits to client premises.
- To ensure delivery of excellent customer service, including evidence using workflow management tools in line with Funds-Axis’ policies.
- Logging Zoho issues logs/projects as appropriate and maintaining up to date reports.
- Support efficiency and automation projects
- Annex IV reporting support, where appropriate, to excellent standards and in accordance with the schedule set out by the Regulatory Reporting Team Lead.
- Projects and other work as required.
- Proactively support more junior colleagues where required.
