About Us: South Meadows Holiday Park is a 5-star rated, award winning holiday destination located in Belford, Northumberland, renowned for its picturesque landscapes, excellent amenities, and friendly environment.

In addition to our holiday park, we operate a dedicated storage facility where we manage the movement of caravans to and from plots as bookings are made.

We are committed to delivering an outstanding holiday experience to our guests, and our team is essential in maintaining the high standards that set us apart.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in general maintenance / groundskeeping as well as experience in DIY. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the park is well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

General Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and repair tasks across the park to ensure facilities are in excellent condition.
Groundskeeping: Maintain the park grounds, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting and general grounds maintenance.
Customer Service: Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Storage Facility: Providing assistance with the movement of caravans in our dedicated storage facility.

Experience in most, if not all, of these areas would be preferred.

Job Requirements:

Strong practical skills and the ability to handle a variety of maintenance tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks

Hours

3 days per week, 8 hours per day from 8am - 4:30PM. Required up until the end of October.

Other Requirements

Valid UK Driving Licence

Pay: £13.50 per hour
