Property Manager / Assistant to Director
Location: 251 Bromley Road, London, SE6 2RA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
About the Role
I am looking for a highly organised, enthusiastic and reliable Property Manager / Assistant to Director to support me with the day-to-day running of my property portfolio, garage business and general administration.
I'm looking for someone who wants to become my right-hand person—someone I can trust to take ownership, keep everything organised and grow with the business.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with me and become involved in many different aspects of my businesses. One day you could be arranging contractors and organising compliance documents, the next you could be dealing with tenants, organising digital files, helping with the garage or assisting with day-to-day business and personal administration.
A major part of this role will be helping me build organised, future-proof systems across both businesses. I want someone who enjoys bringing order to paperwork and digital files, creating simple processes and ensuring that information is always easy to find when it's needed.
As time goes on, I want you to become the first point of contact for many day-to-day enquiries, allowing me to focus on running and growing the businesses.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term career where they can learn, take on more responsibility and grow within the business.

Working With Me
This is a small business, so you won't be part of a large office team. There will be times when you're working independently and managing your own workload, so you'll need to be comfortable using your initiative and staying organised without constant supervision.
I'm looking for someone who enjoys responsibility and genuinely wants to make a difference. As you become more familiar with the businesses, you'll gradually take on more responsibility and become someone I can rely on to keep everything organised and running smoothly.
What I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone who is naturally proactive and takes ownership of their work.
Rather than waiting to be told what to do, I want someone who plans ahead, spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
Some days will be extremely busy, while other days will be much quieter. During quieter periods, I expect you to use your initiative to keep yourself productive by organising records, reviewing compliance, updating files, chasing outstanding items, improving systems, preparing for upcoming work and finding better ways of doing things.
If everything is up to date, I want you to be thinking about what could be organised better, what process could be improved and what would make the businesses run more efficiently.
Ultimately, I'm looking for someone who takes pride in making my life easier, enjoys responsibility and wants to build a long-term career within the business.
What You'll Get
- A varied role where no two days are the same.
- The opportunity to learn about property management, business and administration.
- The chance to take on real responsibility.
- A long-term career with opportunities to grow within the business.
- The opportunity to work closely with the Director and genuinely make a difference.
- Full training and ongoing support.
