The Digital Project Manager supports the delivery of software development and systems integration projects, with a focus on creative technology, innovation, and live event activations. The role ensures smooth day-to-day project operations, coordination across teams, and accurate tracking of progress, timelines, and deliverables. Working closely with the Delivery Lead, this role helps enable efficient execution and successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support & Coordination
- Support planning and delivery of software development and systems integration projects
- Maintain project plans, timelines, task lists, and resource schedules
- Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables, proactively flagging risks and delays
Delivery Operations
- Keep project management tools up to date with accurate, real-time information
- Ensure consistent use of delivery processes and tools across projects
Documentation & Reporting
- Produce and maintain status reports, meeting notes, risk logs, and issue trackers
- Prepare weekly and monthly updates for stakeholders
- Ensure all documentation is well organised and stored correctly in SharePoint
- Support the creation of user guides, technical specifications, and handover documentation
Risk & Issue Management
- Monitor and log risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Escalate blockers to the Delivery Lead in a timely manner
- Support mitigation planning and tracking of actions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Schedule and coordinate stakeholder meetings and project check-ins
- Distribute project updates, communications, and reports to relevant stakeholders
- Support clear and timely communication to manage expectations
General Support
- Assist in the delivery of live, hybrid, and digital event activations
- Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working
- Provide additional coordination support to the wider team as required
Qualifications:
- 3+ years' experience in project coordination or a similar role within tech/software environments
- Understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
