Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated <PERSON> to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in masonry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects, contribute to high-quality builds, and develop your skills within a professional environment.

Duties

Utilise hand tools and power tools to carry out masonry, with precision and safety.
Construct, repair, and maintain structures using bricklaying techniques and masonry skills.
Read and interpret technical drawings and plans to execute construction tasks accurately.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Prepare work sites by organising materials and ensuring all necessary tools are available for each task.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
Understanding and experience with NHBC standards

Skills

Experience with bricklaying, masonry work
Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
Strong understanding of construction drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining high standards of workmanship. This role is suitable for individuals committed to craftsmanship and safety in construction projects. We welcome applications from experienced tradespeople as well as those eager to learn new skills within the industry.

Pay: £210.00-£220.00 per day
