About the team:
The Executive Support Team at OSB Group plays a central role in enabling our Executive Committee and senior leaders to operate effectively, make informed decisions and deliver on our strategic priorities. We are a trusted, collaborative and high‑performing team that provides proactive support, clear communication and seamless coordination across the organisation.
What you will be doing?:
As an Executive Assistant, you will have the opportunity to ensure a consistently professional and proactive administrative and executive support service is provided to the Executive Team.
The role will be based in Chatham with a regular requirement for support to be provided at the Whitfield Street office in London and occasional travel to other UK based offices.
Your responsibilities will include;

Delivering a professional and reliable administrative and executive support service to members of the Executive Team

Arranging and coordinating meetings, ensuring diaries are aligned, meetings are quorate and all attendees receive accurate information and papers in good time

Organising refreshments (breakfast, lunch and drinks) for key meetings and ensuring an appropriate on‑site presence from the Executive Support Team when required

Preparing accurate, well‑structured papers for key meetings and ensuring they are distributed promptly

Managing expenses for Executive members, including collation, sign‑off and processing of company credit card and personal card expenses in line with policy

Supporting the coordination of Executive and Board away days, including sourcing venues, negotiating associated costs and managing logistics
Please note that this is a 7-month Fixed Term Contract
