About Curve Care
At Curve Care, we know that navigating childhood is rarely straightforward.
We're an independent provider of children's residential homes across Kent, delivering safe, nurturing and therapeutic environments where children and young people are supported to grow, develop and achieve positive futures. Everything we do is built around flexible, child-led approaches because we know every child is unique and deserves care tailored to their individual needs.
Our ambition is simple: to create homes where children feel safe, valued and proud of where they live, while building resilient teams who are passionate about making a genuine difference. We believe every interaction matters, and we invest heavily in developing exceptional people who share our values and commitment to outstanding care.
As Curve Care continues to grow, we're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and passionate about people to join our Head Office team in a brand-new role that will become central to our continued success.
