Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media Executive to join our team! In this role, you will be apart of the driving force behind not only our social media presence but over 30 companies across Kent, crafting compelling content and engaging with an online community to elevate brand awareness and foster meaningful connections. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help shape our digital voice, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and resonate with diverse audiences across multiple platforms. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement innovative social media strategies aligned with brand goals to boost visibility and engagement.
Manage daily content creation, including posts, stories, videos, and other multimedia formats across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond promptly to foster positive interactions and build community loyalty.
Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign performance; generate reports to inform future strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and creative departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices; incorporate new ideas into ongoing campaigns.
Support public relations efforts by managing online reputation and engaging with influencers or partners as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles, demonstrating successful campaign execution.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and how they integrate with social media strategies.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different audiences.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and scheduling platforms such as Metricool
Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and branding consistency.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
