Due to expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced Lead Aesthetics Trainer capable of delivering full-spectrum aesthetics education, including regulated qualifications (VTCT / Qualifi Levels 3, 4, 5 & 7) alongside advanced CPD courses.
The Role
This is a senior position suited to an experienced practitioner and educator who can:
- Deliver regulated qualifications (Ofqual)
- Teach advanced aesthetics treatments
- Support curriculum development and academy growth
You will play a key role in training, mentoring, and elevating students from beginner through to advanced practitioner level.
What You Will Teach
Regulated Qualifications (VTCT / Qualifi):
- Level 3: Anatomy & Physiology, Beauty Therapy Foundations
- Level 4: Advanced Skin Treatments, Microneedling, Peels
- Level 5: Advanced Aesthetic Practice
- Level 7: Aesthetic Medicine (Injectables & Complications)
Aesthetics Training (Full Spectrum):
- Dermal fillers (foundation & advanced)
- Anti-wrinkle injections (basic & advanced areas)
- Skin boosters & advanced skin treatments
- Microneedling & collagen induction therapy
- Fat dissolving treatments
- Vitamin injections (B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D)
- Advanced techniques (cannula, facial contouring, lip masterclasses)
Clinical & Business Modules:
- Consultation & client journey
- Contraindications & complications management
- Emergency dissolve protocols
- Prescribing awareness (if applicable)
- Business setup, compliance & marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom and practical training
- Teach and assess VTCT / Qualifi regulated qualifications
- Support learners through assignments, case studies, and assessments
- Maintain full compliance with Ofqual and awarding body standards
- Mentor students through live model experience
- Contribute to course development and academy growth
- Ensure excellence in health, safety, and clinical standards
Essential Requirements
- Level 7 in Aesthetic Practice (or equivalent)
- Qualified in VTCT and/or Qualifi delivery (Levels 3–7)
- Teaching qualification (AET Level 3 minimum; IQA desirable)
- Minimum 3–5 years aesthetics experience
- Strong background in injectables and advanced treatments
- In-depth knowledge of complications and patient safety
- Confident delivering practical training
- Assessor qualification
- Experience working within an academy or training environment
Desirable
- NMC / GMC / GDC registration (not essential but highly desirable)
