Part-Time & Full-Time Client Consultant / Telesales Executive

3 or 5 Days Per Week Available

Chislehurst, Kent (1 Minute from Chislehurst Station)

We are currently seeking confident, motivated and personable individuals to join our growing team as Client Consultants / Telesales Executives.

Whether you are looking for a 3-day working week or a full-time 5-day position, this role offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through a highly achievable commission structure.

This is a professional telephone-based role working exclusively with warm, in-house business leads — meaning you will be speaking with businesses already identified as potential clients.

No prior industry experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Pay, Hours & Benefits

Hourly Pay

From £12.71 per hour (minimum starting rate)

Available Working Patterns

Part-Time Position

3 days per week
Tuesday – Thursday
10:00am – 4:00pm

Full-Time Position

5 days per week
Monday – Friday
Flexible working hours available

Realistic Earning Potential

Alongside your hourly rate, you will earn commission for every qualified appointment you book.

There is genuine opportunity for motivated individuals to substantially increase their weekly and monthly earnings through consistent performance.

Full commission details will be discussed during the interview process.

The Role

You will be speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers, introducing the opportunity of an Embedded Capital Allowance (ECA) claim and arranging qualified appointments for our senior consultants.

This is not a hard-sales environment. The role is focused on professional conversations, relationship building, and identifying genuine business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Calling warm, in-house business leads
Speaking professionally with business owners and decision-makers
Building rapport and generating interest
Introducing ECA opportunities clearly and confidently
Booking qualified appointments for senior consultants
Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate records
Working towards achievable appointment targets

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

Confident communicators
Professional and personable on the telephone
Comfortable speaking with business owners
Self-motivated and reliable
Positive and target-driven

Experience Preferred In:

Telesales
Outbound calling
Call centre environments
Customer service
Appointment setting

(No prior ECA or tax-related experience required.)

This is an office-based role located in Chislehurst, Kent — just 1 minute from Chislehurst Station.
