Kench Construction Ltd are seeking experienced plumbing subcontractors and plumbing teams to support a range of commercial and refurbishment projects. Opportunities will arise on a project-by-project basis, and we are looking to partner with reliable contractors for future works.
The majority of our projects are carried out within schools and educational facilities, therefore all operatives must hold a valid DBS certificate and be able to work in accordance with safeguarding requirements.
Previous experience in school toilet refurbishment projects is highly desirable, including:
- Sanitaryware installation
- Toilet and washroom refurbishments
- IPS panel systems
- Cubicle installations
- Associated plumbing alterations and maintenance
We are also looking for contractors with experience in:
- Heating maintenance and repairs
- Heating system upgrades and alterations
- Radiator replacements
- Pipework installations and modifications
- Fault finding and reactive maintenance works
Applicants must be reliable, professional, and capable of working to programme whilst maintaining high standards of workmanship in live educational environments.
Requirements:
- Valid DBS certificate
- Relevant plumbing and heating qualifications
- CSCS card
- Own tools and transport
- Public liability insurance
- Previous experience working within schools and occupied buildings
