Full job description

We are looking for an efficient, friendly and professional individual to join our team, as a Front of House Receptionist.

Bonar House Clinic is a well-established Beauty and Aesthetics Clinic located in Hadleigh, Essex. We have built a reputation for providing excellent treatments in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The Front of House role is an extremely important position and requires an organised, calm and well-spoken individual who is polite and reliable. We would like you to be pro-active in managing all aspects of Reception and for overseeing the smooth running of the diary.

Your daily duties would include greeting clients, diary management, responding to enquiries via phone and email, supporting with general cleaning duties and assisting with stock ordering/salon management.

The ideal candidate will have previous Front of House experience or will have previously worked in the beauty industry. You must enjoy working with the public and be be able to communicate politely, both in writing when responding to emails and on the phone.

We have flexibility to recruit either a part-time or full-time position. The role will require at least one evening per week and every other Saturday. The number of evenings and Saturdays required would vary depending on the number of hours agreed for the role.
