Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of human anatomy. This role offers an exciting opportunity to inspire clients through rehabilitation and personalised Pilates sessions, helping them improve flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing. The successful applicant will be committed to delivering high-quality instruction in a professional and welcoming environment.

Pay is negotiable depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver customised Pilates classes suitable for clients of varying fitness levels and needs
Demonstrate proper technique and form to ensure safety and maximise effectiveness of exercises
Monitor client progress and provide constructive feedback to support their fitness journey
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming studio environment
Keep up-to-date with the latest Pilates techniques, industry standards, and health guidelines
Foster a positive atmosphere that motivates clients to achieve their personal fitness goals
Assist with client assessments and programme development based on individual requirements

Skills

Proven experience in coaching or fitness instruction, preferably specialising in APPI Pilates
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate clearly and motivate diverse groups of clients
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics relevant to Pilates exercises
Excellent organisational skills to manage class schedules and client programmes effectively
Friendly, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for health and fitness
Ability to adapt sessions for clients with specific health conditions or limitations
Commitment to ongoing professional development within the fitness industry

Pay: From £35.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Aylesbury HP20 2SQ
