We are looking for a Music Content Coordinator to oversee the organization, quality, and delivery of digital music content. This role goes beyond uploading tracks—you will help maintain the integrity of our music catalog, ensuring metadata accuracy, release readiness, and seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
You will play an important role in supporting content operations, improving publishing workflows, and helping deliver exceptional experiences for artists and listeners alike.

Key Responsibilities
Content Coordination: Organize, review, and prepare music releases for distribution across digital platforms while ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Metadata Management: Maintain accurate song, album, artist, and rights metadata, identifying and resolving inconsistencies before publication.
Quality Assurance: Perform detailed quality checks on digital assets, artwork, metadata, and release information to ensure compliance with internal standards.
Workflow Management: Coordinate release schedules and communicate with internal departments to support efficient publishing operations.
Platform Support: Monitor digital releases, assist with publishing issues, and help investigate content-related inquiries from partners or stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain organized records, prepare operational reports, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and content accuracy.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in content coordination, digital media, music operations, publishing, media administration, or a similar role is preferred.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Technical Skills: Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, content management systems, and digital collaboration tools.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of digital music distribution, streaming platforms, metadata standards, or music publishing is advantageous but not essential.
Mindset: You are proactive, highly organized, and enjoy solving problems. You take pride in delivering accurate work, continuously improving processes, and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
