About us:
Impact for Change was established in 2017 and provides care within 3 of our Children’s Homes in the Southwest. We believe every child deserves and has a right to a home and a positive childhood.
Due to continued growth and development, we are opening up a full-time opportunity to support our home and enhance our existing team.
As part of our cultural and ethical framework, we implement a supportive and accessible senior leadership team who value quality of care above profit. We are committed to ensuring staff well-being and actively encourage ongoing personal and professional development within the children’s residential care sector.
To support our continuing evolvement, we are recruiting for a Residential Childcare Practitioner (RCP) to help make this positive difference in the lives of our young people.
If you are passionate about good outcomes for children in care and feel that you can enhance and positively impact their lives, then we would like to hear from you.
