The Opportunity

You'll become one of the faces of Redgate Lodge, creating content that's watched by hundreds of thousands of people across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.

What You'll Be Doing
- Presenting videos across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
- Creating fresh, engaging and entertaining content ideas.
- Filming and editing high-quality video content.
- Working alongside our marketing team to grow our audience.
- Keeping up to date with current social media trends.
- Helping drive more visitors to our website.
- Producing content that generates vehicle enquiries and sales.
- Appearing regularly on our YouTube channel and social media campaigns.
- Helping showcase our award-winning business, fantastic team and amazing vehicles.
No two days will ever be the same.
One day you could be presenting a £100,000 performance car, the next filming customer handovers, creating fun social media challenges, interviewing members of the team, producing behind-the-scenes content or helping launch our latest marketing campaign.

No two days are ever the same.
The Ideal Person
We're looking for someone who is:
- Extremely confident in front of a camera
- Friendly, energetic and professional
- Well presented with excellent communication skills
- Creative and full of fresh ideas
- Experienced in filming and editing content
- Comfortable using TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
- Passionate about creating videos people genuinely enjoy watching
- Happy working as part of a fast-paced, ambitious team
- Organised, self-motivated and keen to learn
Automotive knowledge would be an advantage, but it certainly isn't essential.
Personality, confidence, creativity and enthusiasm are far more important.
A full UK driving licence would also be an advantage, as you may occasionally work across our different business locations creating content.
Professional Equipment
You'll have access to professional filming equipment, editing software and dedicated content creation areas to help bring your ideas to life.
If you've got a creative vision, we'll give you the tools and support to make it happen.
Working Environment
This is an on-site position based at Redgate Lodge Motor Group.
We're looking for someone who wants to become part of our team and immerse themselves in the day-to-day life of the business.
This isn't a freelance or remote role working from home.
We believe the very best content comes from being involved in the business, capturing genuine moments, working alongside our fantastic team and building relationships with our customers.
Hours
We're happy to offer either:
Full Time
Monday to Friday
9:00am – 5:00pm
or
Flexible Hours
Monday to Friday
9:30am – 2:30pm
This role could be perfect for someone looking to work around school times, giving you the flexibility to balance family life whilst enjoying a creative and rewarding career.
Salary
Competitive salary depending on experience.
