Full job description

Fixed Term for 12 months initially with a view to become permanent.
Hours: 37 hours a week over Monday to Saturday usually 5 days a week.
Salary: £25,760 per annum
Location: Base shop Blaydon. To cover 11 shops in the region within a tight cluster.
It is essential that you have access to transport.

We're looking for a Mobile Shop Manager who can step into different locations, support teams, and help our shops thrive.

What you'll be doing
Managing and supporting different shop locations as needed
Leading and developing volunteer teams
Maintaining high standards of presentation, merchandising and customer service
Creating positive experiences for customers and volunteers
Helping each shop achieve its goals while contributing to the wider mission of the charity
You'll be great in this role if you
Enjoy working in different locations and adapting to new environments
Build positive relationships quickly
Have retail experience, or transferable leadership and customer service skills
Stay calm under pressure and enjoy finding practical solutions
Are passionate about supporting people and making a difference
