About the role

We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Campaigns & Communications Officer to join our Student Recruitment and Campaigns team.

In this role, you’ll plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging multi-channel marketing campaigns that support student recruitment across undergraduate and postgraduate (taught and research) audiences, both in the UK and internationally.

You’ll play a vital role in shaping prospective students’ journeys, using targeted, personalised communications to drive engagement and conversion.

You’ll be a proactive and organised marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful campaigns. You’ll combine creative thinking with strong analytical skills to deliver results.

We’re looking for someone who has:

Experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Dotdigital or similar)
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
Experience using data and analytics tools to inform decision-making
Excellent organisational and project management skills
A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
