Job Title: Hotel Housekeeping Assistant

Location: Sleeping Bear Hotel, Dorchester
Job Type: Part-time, 3-4 days per week. Various hours between 9.00am and 3.00pm

Role Overview:

Please only apply you live in Dorchester

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure that guest rooms and public areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and service guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as corridors, lobbies, and restrooms
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Handle guest requests in a polite and professional manner
Work efficiently to meet daily cleaning targets

Requirements:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential
Strong attention to detail
Good time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Friendly and positive attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
