The Role
As our Tyre Fitter, you'll be a vital part of the workshop floor — keeping our customers safe on the road and keeping the workshop running smoothly. Day to day you'll be:
- Fitting, removing, and replacing tyres on a wide range of vehicles
- Carrying out wheel balancing and wheel alignment checks
- Inspecting tyres for wear, damage, and safety issues — and advising customers clearly
- Repairing punctures and diagnosing tyre-related problems
- Fitting and checking tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS)
- Carrying out basic vehicle checks including brakes, exhausts, and suspension
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
- Delivering outstanding customer service at every interaction
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter or in a fast-fit environment (preferred but not essential — we'll train the right person)
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a busy workshop
- A positive, can-do attitude with a genuine passion for the trade
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety at all times
- Good communication skills — able to speak confidently with customers
- A team player who's also comfortable working independently
- Full UK driving licence (required)

Pay is Negotiable based on ability and experience as we are currently recruiting for 3 different roles - MOT tester - Technician - Tyre Fitter.
Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
