Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Ground Worker to join our team.

Duties

Assisting with site preparation, including clearing debris and organising materials
Digging trenches, holes, and foundations using manual tools or machinery
Assisting with the installation of fencing, drainage systems, and other groundworks
Supporting the safe movement and positioning of materials and equipment on-site
Maintaining a clean and organised work area to ensure health and safety compliance
Assisting with site inspections and reporting any hazards or issues to supervisors
Supporting team members with various tasks as directed to ensure project timelines are met

Requirements

Previous experience in ground works or construction is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy materials safely
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures diligently
Valid UK driving licence is desirable but not mandatory
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

hourly rate dependent on experience and certification

Pay: £19.00-£22.00 per hour
