Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paints, varnishes and other decorative finishes with precision and care
Use a variety of tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency on site
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met and make any necessary touch-ups or corrections
Communicate clearly with team members regarding project progress or any issues that arise during work

Requirements

Proven experience in painting or decorating roles.
Ability to operate tools and equipment safely while adhering to health and safety regulations
Valid driving license preferred for travel between job sites; reliable transportation is essential
Excellent communication skills to understand instructions and collaborate effectively with team members and clients
Attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality finishes
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
Knowledge of different painting techniques, surface preparation methods, and decorating materials
Company Vehicle and pension.
