About BARK
B.A.R.K. (Berwick Animal Rescue Kennels) is a long‑established, independent rescue dedicated to giving dogs, cats and small animals a safe place when they need it most. Every animal that comes through our doors receives individual care, kindness and the chance to start again.
We work closely with our community, local authorities and veterinary partners to ensure every animal is treated with dignity, compassion and respect. From strays and abandoned pets to animals whose owners can no longer care for them, we provide stability, routine and a calm environment while they wait for their new beginning.
Our team is small but incredibly committed. We pride ourselves on high welfare standards, thoughtful handling and doing what’s right for each animal in our care. Joining B.A.R.K. means becoming part of a team that puts animals first, every single day.
