As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the restaurant team, ensuring impeccable service standards while creating a warm, professional, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Food & Beverage leader within a high-quality hotel or restaurant environment.
· A strong passion for food, wine, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and inspire a front of house team.
· A hands-on management style with a visible presence during service.
· Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
· Experience managing rotas, staffing levels, stock control, and departmental costs.
· Confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
· A commitment to maintaining high standards of presentation, service, and cleanliness at all times.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy hospitality periods as required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the daily operation of Restaurant 1782, ensuring exceptional service standards at every stage of the guest journey.
· Train, mentor, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service.
· Work closely with the Head Chef and senior management team to ensure seamless food and beverage operations.
· Manage restaurant reservations, staffing levels, and service flow to maximise guest satisfaction.
· Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance throughout the restaurant.
· Handle guest feedback and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
· Support the delivery of weddings, private dining, and special events hosted within the hotel.
· Assist in driving revenue opportunities while maintaining strong cost control and operational efficiency.
