The Role

As our Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator, you’ll be a key part of the customer journey—supporting drivers from the moment they arrive to the moment they collect their vehicle.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, manufacturers and the wider service team to ensure a smooth, efficient and professional aftersales experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Service Advisor Responsibilities

Welcoming customers and being their first point of contact, both in person and over the phone

Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, MOTs and warranty work

Preparing job cards and clearly communicating requirements to the workshop

Keeping customers informed on progress, costs and completion times

Identifying and professionally advising on additional work where appropriate

Delivering consistently high levels of customer service

Warranty Administration Responsibilities

Processing manufacturer warranty claims accurately and efficiently

Liaising with manufacturers for approvals and claim submissions

Ensuring all warranty paperwork is completed correctly and on time

Working with technicians to ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards

Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with all guidelines

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Service Advisor and/or Warranty Administrator is an advantage

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong organisational and administrative abilities

High attention to detail

A team player who thrives in a busy environment

Confident using computer systems and dealership software
