The Molescroft Inn presents an excellent opportunity to take on a high-quality, food-led pub positioned in one of East Yorkshire’s most desirable locations. Following a recent significant investment and transformation, the site has been fully refurbished and is ready for an experienced operator to deliver a strong, consistent adult dining offer and take the business to the next level.

As one of our recently converted Adult Dining pubs, the Molescroft Inn is designed for guests seeking a higher-quality experience. The pub now benefits from a modern, high-standard trading environment, including a well-equipped commercial kitchen, a spacious and well-presented dining area, and a central bar servery that supports both food and drink occasions. With the infrastructure already in place, this is a role focused on execution rather than setup.
The business is currently trading at around £10,500 per week on an even wet and dry split. There is clear headroom to grow sales towards £15,000 per week, with a more food-led mix of approximately 40/60, with that growth expected to come primarily from an improved and well-executed kitchen offer. This is a site where future performance will be driven by the strength, consistency and reputation of the food.

Located in Molescroft on the outskirts of Beverley, the pub sits within an affluent catchment with a strong customer base that values quality and is willing to spend on dining experiences.
