About Us

We are an established leader in the subcontract manufacture of precision machined components for the Aerospace sector, providing engineering excellence across the industry to a prestigious and diverse client base.

Due to continued growth, reinvestment, and excellent staff retention, we now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team.

You’ll be working within a modern, clean, and state-of-the-art facility, as part of a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.

The Role

As a CNC Miller, you will be responsible for offline programming, setting, and operating a range of modern CNC Vertical Machining Centres to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:

CNC Milling – Setting and Operating multi-axis milling machines
Offline programming (Edgecam experience advantageous but not essential)
Producing precision components for the Aerospace, Optical, and General Engineering sectors
Working on Fanuc-controlled Vertical CNC Machines
5-Axis machining experience is highly desirable

Hours & Benefits

Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)

Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend – Every Friday Off!

Overtime: Paid at 1.5x for all hours worked over 40 per week
Holidays: 22 days paid holiday + all national bank holidays

Key Skills & Experience

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience setting up machines and producing precision components
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Able to complete setup notes and maintain accurate records
