Due to continued growth, reinvestment, and excellent staff retention, we now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join our team.
You’ll be working within a modern, clean, and state-of-the-art facility, as part of a highly skilled and supportive engineering team.
The Role
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for offline programming, setting, and operating a range of modern CNC Lathes to produce high-precision components.
Key Responsibilities:
- CNC Turning– Setting and Operating 2 & 3 Axis Lathes
- Offline programming (Edgecam experience advantageous but not essential)
- Producing precision components for the Aerospace, Optical, and General Engineering sectors
- Working on Fanuc-controlled CNC Lathes
Hours & Benefits
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am – 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
- Enjoy a 3-Day Weekend – Every Friday Off!
Overtime: Paid at
1.5x for all hours worked over 40 per week
Holidays: 22 days paid holiday + all national bank holidays

Key Skills & Experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience setting up machines and producing precision components
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to complete setup notes and maintain accurate records
