Senior Bid Writer – The Role:
Broadstone are looking to recruit a Senior Bid Writer to help drive business growth within our Pensions Administration & Advisory division.

Through the wide range of advisory services delivered to our pensions clients, we provide our staff with a variety of work experiences within a supportive atmosphere. We will offer you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities and tangibly recognise your efforts, with the potential for progression within the company along different paths.

Key Responsibilities

Senior Bid Writer – Key Responsibilities:

RFP & proposal proposition development – reviewing and enhancing RFP, tender and proposal materials, working with an external agency to refresh content.
Business development strategy & function development – helping to shape Broadstone’s BD strategy, pipeline management and forecasting.
RFPs, pitches & new business conversion – managing live RFP and pitch processes, drafting and reviewing sign-off submissions.
Independent & professional trustee market focus – building strong relationships with professional trustee firms and individuals, generating leads and refining propositions.

Your Skills & Experience

Senior Bid Writer – You:

Full understanding of new business development processes.
Key understanding of the UK occupational pensions market and competitors.
Strong ability to prioritise own workload in order to meet key deadlines and client needs.
Previous experience within a similar position.
