Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Part Time Receptionist/Filer/Administrator to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations. If you enjoy engaging with people, managing administrative tasks efficiently, and thrive in a lively environment, this position is perfect for you!

Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service at all times
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct inquiries appropriately
Manage appointment schedules and coordinate meetings effectively
Handle general administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
Maintain the reception area in a tidy and welcoming condition
Support team members with various administrative duties as needed
Ensure all visitor logs and communication records are accurately kept

Experience

Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
Friendly demeanor with a professional attitude
