Job Summary

We are seeking a plumber/ maintenance plumber to join the team. We work in a mixture of commercial and domestic buildings.

Duties

Installation of general plumbing items.
Servicing of unvented cylinders, TMV's, POU water heaters.
Troubleshoot plumbing problems using mechanical knowledge and basic math calculations.
Installation of radiators, pumps, zone valves, radiator valves, showers etc.
Assist with assembly of plumbing components and related infrastructure projects..
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with other tradespeople such as electricians or carpenters when necessary
First and second fix bathrooms.

Skills

Pay: £36,500.00-£39,000.00 per year
