Job Summary

Up to £35,000 per annum + incredible performance bonus + future share ownership opportunity

We're searching for an exceptional Operations Manager who thrives on leading people, solving problems, creating systems, delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving business growth.

What you'll be doing:

⁠ ⁠Leading and inspiring our cleaning teams

⁠ ⁠Recruiting, training and developing exceptional people

⁠ ⁠Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring every property meets our high standards

⁠ ⁠Building and maintaining outstanding relationships with clients

⁠ ⁠Identifying opportunities to improve systems, efficiency and profitability

⁠ ⁠Helping attract new business and supporting the company's continued growth

⁠ ⁠Working alongside the directors to develop and deliver our growth strategy

⁠ ⁠Playing a key role in shaping the future of Spiff & Spruce

We're looking for someone who:

⁠ ⁠Has excellent organisational and problem-solving skills

⁠ ⁠Holds a full UK driving licence

Experience in operations, hospitality, cleaning, facilities management or people management is beneficial, but we're just as interested in finding someone with the right attitude, leadership qualities and ambition.
