Senior Dental Receptionist - Bexleyheath, Part‑time (3.5 days per week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and alternate Saturdays)

What Your Day Will Look Like
You will:
- Create a warm, calm, and professional welcome for every patient.
- Lead from the front, supporting colleagues with daily reception tasks and standards.
- Manage patient flow throughout the day, ensuring appointments run smoothly and on time.
- Own diary discipline, zoning, booking structure, and proactive utilisation.
- Handle patient calls, messages, and enquiries with clarity and empathy.
- Coordinate closely with clinicians, Treatment Coordinators, and the Practice Manager.
- Manage payments, deposits, compliance checks, and day‑end accuracy.
- Oversee recall activity, open courses of treatment, and patient pipeline progress.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and calm across reception and waiting areas.
- Support patient feedback, reviews, and resolution of minor concerns.

- Experience in dental, healthcare, hospitality, or premium reception environments.
- Familiarity supporting Treatment Coordinators with patient clarity and next‑step conversations.
